A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz, In Particular In: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order 2) Draft Contract3. Type Of Activities Necessary To Complete The Order And Covered By Employment Requirements Based On The Employment Relationship: Ironing Uniform Items, Starching, Mangle, Assembling, Packaging In Foil, Performing Minor Tailoring Repairs, I.E.: Sewing On Buttons, Sewing Tears In The Scope Of Repairing Uniform Items, Cleaning Dirt Inside And Outside The Shoes And Disinfecting The Shoes.4. In Order To Verify The Employment, By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party May Request In Particular: 1) A Declaration Of The Employed Employee 2) A Declaration Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Employment Of An Employee Under An Employment Contract.
