The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Raciąż Commune, Stage Vi.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes 23 Complete Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Locations Indicated In The Technical Documentation, Along With Connections, Accompanying Equipment, Power Supply, Commissioning, Tests, As-Built Documentation, Instructions And User Training. Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature; The Basis For Determining The Scope Is Jointly The Design Documentation, Stwiorb And Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Technical Documentation. The Contractor Carries Out The Works With Respect For The Environment, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Order Documentation And § 6A Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Including The Requirements To Implement The Do No Serious Damage (Dnsh) Principle.
