The Scope Of Works Includes Construction And Assembly Works For The Location Of The Container Set Of The Community Center On The Plot And The Construction Of An Exit With Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars, Power Cable, Water Connection, Sewage Tank And Sewage Disposal In Accordance With The Design Documentation. The Accompanying Works To Be Performed By The Contractor Include: − Preparatory Works At The Construction Site (Including: Fencing, Electricity Supply) − Earthworks − Soil Removal Works − Drainage Of The Area For Excavations − Securing Excavations In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations − Geodetic Marking Out − Subcontracted Geodetic Inventory.
