Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Village Community Center In Gajdy

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Village Community Center Building In The Town Of Gajdy (Zalewo Commune, Plot No. 94/1, District 0006 Gajdy) Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure. The Facility Will Be Constructed Using Traditional Technology As A Single-Story Building (1 Floor Above Ground) With A Built-Up Area Of 138.74 M², A Usable Area Of 110.41 M² And A Volume Of 711.73 M³. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Construction And Installation Works (Water And Sewage, Sanitary, Electrical). - Installation Of A Heating And Cooling System: Heat Pumps With A Power Of 10 Kw And An Additional Multi-Split Air Conditioning System. - External Infrastructure: Construction Of Connections, Installation Of A Septic Tank (Septic Tank) And Hardening Of The Area.2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Investment Costs The Necessary Preparatory Work (I.E. Securing The Construction Site By Introducing The Necessary Marking Of The Works) And Cleaning Work (Including Cleaning The Construction Site, Removing Residues Generated During The Implementation Of The Task And Disposal Of Construction Waste). The Contractors Responsibilities Also Include Moving Small Elements Of The Existing Playground And Playing Field Within The Plot.3.
