The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Implementation Of An Investment Entitled: Modernization Of Technical Facilities For Servicing The Rolling Stock Of The Municipal Communication Company In Łowicz, As Part Of The Project Titled: Purchase Of Zero-Emission Bus Fleet For The Municipal Communication Company In Łowicz Along With Infrastructure For Charging The Rolling Stock. The Order Is Carried Out In The Design-Build Formula, Except For The Scope Indicated In Point 3.3. Point 7(A) F Swz. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Including Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Required Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions, Permits And Permits; 2) Preparation Of A Technical Expert Opinion On The Roof In Terms Of Assessing The Load-Bearing Capacity, Technical Condition And Condition Of The Roof Covering, 3) Obtaining, On Behalf Of Or On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Required Administrative Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions, Permits And Permits Necessary For The Design, Construction, Acceptance And Use Of The Facility; 4) Obtaining A Permit For Conducting Archaeological Research In The Form Of Supervision And Ensuring Archaeological Supervision During The Execution Of The Order, 5) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; 6) Authors Supervision During The Investment Implementation, Until The End Of The Warranty And Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order; 7) Performance Of Construction, Installation, Assembly, Deliveries And Commissioning Works, Including: A) Modernization Of The Existing Workshop Building, B) Modernization Of Parking Spaces For Electric Buses, C) Hardening Of The Area Around The Sites Parking Spaces, D) Delivery And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of Up To 50 Kwp Along With An Energy Storage Unit Adapted To The Size Of The Installation, Cabling And Necessary Elements Of Technical Infrastructure, E) Installation Of Bicycle Repair Stations In The Commune Area. Rural Łowicz And Installation Of Blue-Green Infrastructure In The Area Of The City Of Łowicz, F) Construction Of A Roof For Parking Spaces For City Buses - Shelters, 8) Ensuring The Required Owner And Specialist Supervision, Including Maintenance Supervision Or Other Supervision Required By Applicable Regulations; 9) Preparing As-Built Documentation And Other Documents Required For The Proper Use And Operation Of The Facility; 10) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Another Document Required By Law Enabling The Lawful Use Of The Facility; 11) Carrying Out The Required Tests And Examinations And Checks Required By Law,12) Making And Installing 1 Piece Of Information Board With Dimensions Not Smaller Than 240/120Cm And Marking The Equipment Delivered And Installed As Part Of The Order/ The Board And Marking Should Be Made In Accordance With The Principles Of Communication Of The European Funds 2021-2027 Brand Indicated On The Web
