The Subject Of The Contract Is The Modernization And Expansion Of The Structured Cabling Of The Ict Network Together With The Commissioning Of The Network In The Building Of The District Court In Rzeszów At Ul. Gen. J. Kustronia 4, 35-303 Rzeszów (Hereinafter Referred To As: User, Court) In The Manner And To The Extent Specified In The Contract Template - Appendix No. 5 To The Swz And The Documentation Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz.2.The Scope Of Implementation Of A Specific Task Includes In Particular:2.1.Execution Of Structured Cabling, I.E.: A) Horizontal Cabling, B) Vertical Cabling - Backbone And Inter-Cabinet, C) Cable Routes, Sockets And Subscriber Points, D) Supply Of Patch Cables. E) Delivery And Installation Of New Distribution Cabinets, F) Expansion Of Existing Distribution Cabinets, G) Delivery Of The Aim System For Passive Infrastructure Management And Its Implementation, 2.2.Execution Of Electrical Installation, I.E.: A) Dismantling Of Obsolete Electrical Installation, B) Construction Of Cable Routes, C) Delivery And Assembly Of Cabling, Plug Sockets, Electrical Switchboards, 2.3.Performance Of Accompanying Works, I.E.: A) Renovation And Finishing Works, B) Supplementary Works, C) The Remaining Scope Of Activities Necessary For The Comprehensive And Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Delivery, Assembly, Construction Works And Other Activities And Services Necessary To Achieve The Purpose Of The Agreement, D) Conducting Training In The Use Of The Offered Aim System For Managing And Monitoring Structured Cabling For Representatives Indicated By The Ordering Party And The User, E) Providing A Warranty By The Contractor For The Performed Subject Of The Contract For A Period 5 Years From The Date Of Final Acceptance, F) Performing A Set Of Dynamic Measurements Of The Transmission Link (Permanent Link) Of All Transmission Paths According To The Standards According To Iso Iec 11801 Ed.3, En50173-1:2018, Tia/Eia 568Cg) Providing The Ordering Party With A Report On The Measurements Performed, H) Obtaining From The Manufacturer Of The Cabling For The End User - The District Court In Rzeszów By 2 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Protocol, Min. 25-Year System Warranty For The Entire Transmission Part, Including Patch Cables, Which Is To Include: - System Warranty (The Manufacturer Will Guarantee That If Defects Or Manufacturing Faults Are Detected In Its Products During Delivery, Installation Or 25-Year Operation, These Products Will Be Repaired Or Replaced Free Of Charge), - Warranty Of Link/Channel Parameters (The Manufacturer Will Guarantee That The Permanent Link Or Transmission Channel Made Of Its Components Will Last For A Period Of 25 Years Will Be Characterized By Transmission Parameters Exceeding The Requirements Set By The Standard According To Iso Iec 11801 Ed.3, En50173-1:2018, Tia/Eia 568C) Application Warranty (The Manufacturer Will Guarantee That Any Applications (Current And Future)
