The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Tractor For The Implementation Of Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense In Łańcut County. Task 1: Tractor With A Minimum Power Of 30 Hp. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes User Instruction, Service Support And Warranty For Tractors. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver, At His Own Expense, A Brand New Agricultural Tractor To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. Warehouse Hall, Ul. Żeromskiego 2, 37-100 Łańcut Along With Full Documentation, Including The Warranty And Service Book, Spare Parts Catalog, Operating Manual In Polish, Certificate Of Conformity (Homologation) And A Statement Of Data Necessary For Registration And All Items Provided By The Manufacturer, Necessary For The Proper Use, Operation And Operation Of The Tractor. The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Manufactured In 2025 Or 2026, Unused, Fully Operational And Ready For Use, And That It Meets The Safety Requirements As Well As The Technical, Functional And Operational Requirements Described In The Appendix To The Specification.
