The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Food Products To The School Canteen, Kindergarten Canteen And Nursery Canteen In Dobre - Gki 271.2.7.2026 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order With The Type And Quantity Of The Assortment Constituting The Subject Of The Delivery Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.1.The Offered Food Products Must Be Of Good Quality, Meet The Quality Parameters Specified For A Given Product Range By The Polish National Standards, Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System, And Have An Expiry Date Appropriate For A Given Product Range, Ensuring Its Safe Consumption.2.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request For The Offered Assortment To Submit A Written Confirmation That A Given Product Is Permitted For Circulation And Consumption, Issued By An Authority Authorized To Control The Quality Of Food Products.3.Deliveries Of Food Products Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Ghp (Good Hygienic Practice) Regarding Mainly: 1) Quality Certificate For The Supply Of Meat, Meat Products, Milk And Dairy Products, Honey, Fish, And For The Supply Of Eggs - A Current Certificate From The District Veterinary Inspectorate On Being Subject To Inspection; 2) The Delivered Assortment Of Meat And Meat Products Should Have A Commercial Document Identification.4.The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered By An Appropriate Means Of Transport (Adapted To The Assortment) That Meets Sanitary Requirements, In Packaging That Guarantees Safe Transport And Storage.5.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Food. The Warranty Period Is Consistent With The Deadline For This Type Of Product Specified In The Relevant Standards.6.The Contractors Remuneration Is A Lump Sum And Quantity And Is Calculated On The Basis Of Lump Sum Unit Prices (Offers) And The Quantity Of Food Delivered. The Ordering Party Will Only Pay For The Products Actually Delivered That Meet The Standards Resulting From The Swz, The Contract And Applicable Legal Provisions.7.The Offer Form Presents The Quantity Of The Assortment As An Estimated Reference To Planned Purchases In 20268.The Ordering Party Guarantees The Purchase Of 50% Of The Assortment Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And At The Same Time Exercises The Right To Purchase Options Under The Contract And Offer Prices Up To 50% Above The Assortment Indicated In The Tor.
