Tenders Are Invited For Protection Of Biological Diversity And Native Plant And Animal Species In The Historic Park In Kąty - Stage I

1. Subject Of The Order: Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Along With The Execution Of Works And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions And Permits For The Implementation And Commissioning Of The Investment Entitled: Design And Execution Of Construction Works For The Task Entitled Protection Of Biological Diversity And Native Plant And Animal Species In The Areas Of The Historic Park In Kąty - Stage I Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994. – Construction Law, The Act Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments And The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of The Project, In Particular: 1) Development Of Complete Design Documentation Necessary To Perform Construction Works, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Functional And Utility Program And Applicable Legal Regulations; 2) Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Consents And Administrative Decisions, Including In Particular The Decision Of The Masovian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments Authorizing Work On A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments, As Well As Making An Effective Notification Of Construction Works Or Obtaining Other Required Decisions Enabling The Commencement Of Works; 3) Performance Of Construction Works And Works Related To The Protection Of Biological Diversity In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation And The Functional And Utility Program; 4) Performance Of All Accompanying, Preparatory And Cleaning Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order; 5) Carrying Out The Required Tests, Examinations, Acceptances And Preparing As-Built Documentation; 6) Performing All Activities Necessary To Complete The Investment In Accordance With Applicable Law. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Investment Elements: Task 1 - Greening And Inventory; Task 2 – Flower Meadows; Task 3 – Increasing The Population Of Valuable Species; Task 4 – Limiting Invasive Species; Task 5 – Educational And Recreational Infrastructure. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Functional And Utility Requirements, Technical Requirements And The Scope Of Work Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In A Way That Ensures The Achievement Of The Objectives Of The Project Co-Financed From The European Regional Development Fund Under Priority: Ii: European Funds For The Green Development Of Mazovia, Measure 2.7: Biodiversity, Type Of Project: Protection Of Biological And Native Diversity Plant And Animal Species In Urban And Non-Urban Areas Of The European Funds For Mazovia 2021-2027 Program, In Compliance With The Requirements Resulting From The Decisions And Arrangements Of The Relevant Public Administration Bodies, In Particular The Masovian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments. 5.
