1. The Subject Of The Order Are Comprehensive Cleaning Services For The Building Of The Institute Of Urban Culture In Gdańsk (Kunszt Wodny), Located At Ul. Targ Rakowy 11 In Gdańsk And A Residential Apartment Located At Ul. Toruńska 23/4 In Gdańsk.2.Under The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide In Particular: A.Cleaning Service, B.Emergency Cleaning In The Event Of Unforeseen Events Requiring Urgent Or Repeated Performance Of The Service, C. Maintaining The Patency Of Sanitary Facilities And Sewage Systems, D.Clearing Snow From External Surfaces In The Event Of Snowfall And Removing Ice, E.Delivery Of Professional Cleaning Products, Sanitary And Hygienic Products And Agents For Removing Slipperiness Of External Surfaces, In The Quantity And Range Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Agreement, As Well As Ongoing Supervision Of Their Use.3.The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.4.The Order Will Be Performed For A Period Of 13 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than December 1, 2026.
