Tenders Are Invited For Providing Nutrition Services To Patients Of The District Health Center In Kamienna Góra Sp. Z O. O.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Feeding Services For Patients Of The District Health Center In Kamienna Góra Sp. Z O.O.2. The Order Includes Full Board For Patients (Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner) Provided 7 Days A Week, Including Public Holidays. The Service Includes The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals To The Ordering Partys Premises, And In Particular: Cooking, Packaging And Delivery, Together With Reloading Onto Transport Trolleys, Of Meals Intended For The Ordering Party, As Well As The Collection, Removal And Disposal Of Post-Consumer Waste And Waste Related To Used Disposable Packaging Packed In Bags With A Capacity Of 120 L, In Accordance With Applicable Law.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With A Nutrition Service Consisting Of: A) Planning And Preparing Food Rations, Caloric Values And Nutrient Content, In Accordance With The Nutrition Standards For The Polish Population, Developed By The National Institute Of Public Health Pzh - National Research Institute, As Well As With Legal Provisions In The Field Of Food Hygiene, B) Collecting, After Each Delivery (I.E. 3 Times A Day) Post-Consumer Waste And Used Disposable Packaging, In Accordance With With The Requirements Of The State Sanitary And Epidemiological Station, C) Compliance With The Sanitary And Hygienic, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regime. In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, D) Collecting And Storing, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Standards, Food Samples From Each Meal - The So-Called Food Samples - For The Purposes Of Sanitary And Epidemiological Control, E) Bearing Full Responsibility For Food Poisoning In Patients (Due To The Fault Of The Contractor).4. The Estimated Average Daily Number Of Person-Days (Full Board) To Be Taken Into Account In The Calculations Is - 120 People. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Daily Amount (+/- 4 Meals) Of Full Board In Emergency Situations That The Ordering Party Was Unable To Predict, Resulting From The Number Of Hospitalized Patients. Costs Will Be Incurred For The Actual Quantity Of Dishes/Meals Provided.
