Solna 14.2.The Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Contract - Appendix No. 7 To The Swz, As Well As In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz.3.Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party, Acting Pursuant To Art. 131 Section 2 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows For An On-Site Visit To The Buildings At Ul. Before Submitting The Offer. Kilińskiego 66A And Solna 14. During The Visit, The Contractor Interested In Submitting An Offer Will Be Able To Inspect The Place Of Implementation Of The Future Order. Carrying Out An On-Site Visit Is Not Obligatory. An On-Site Visit Can Be Made By Prior Arrangement: Tel. 42 663 3162, Or 42 663 316.4.The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: • Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; • An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, • Ict Services, Ict Processes Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law.
