1. The Subject Of This Order 1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Reconstruction Of Pedestrian Routes, Consisting In The Modernization Of Pedestrian Routes Located In The City Of Legnica: - Plot No. 698, Stare Miasto Precinct (Ul. H. Jordana), - Plot No. 161/2, 162/1, 554, Wrocławskie Przedmieście Precinct (Ul. Neptuna), - Plot No. 1130/23, Piekary Osiedle Precinct (Ul. Tatrzańska), - Plot No. 1163/20, Piekary Osiedle Precinct (Ul. Świętokrzyska). 1.2 The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Preparation Of The Necessary Inventory Of The Area, Surveying Services; 2. Organization Of The Work Area, Security, Marking, Protection Of Greenery; 3. Demolition Of The Existing Surface; 4. Demolition Of Existing Edges; 5. Removal And Management Of Demolition Materials; 6. Drainage And Preparation Of The Ground; 7. Execution Of Reinforced Structural Layers Of Pedestrian Routes; 8. Adapting The Surface Structure To Pedestrian Traffic; 9. Construction Of A New Surface With Gray Concrete Paving Stones; 10. Construction Of New Edges On Both Sides, Concrete Or Stone, 11. Height Adjustment Of Existing Elements, If Any, E.G. Manholes, Boxes, Inlets, Edges Of Adjacent Surfaces, 12. Restoration Of Green Areas Disturbed During The Works, 13. Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works, 14. Preparation Of Photographic And As-Built Documentation. 1.3 The Order Should Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Fact That The Works Are Carried Out In A Public Space, With Possible Pedestrian Traffic And In The Immediate Vicinity Of Greenery, Including Tree Root Systems. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Construction Site And Ensure Safe Organization Of Pedestrian Traffic For The Duration Of The Works. 1.4 In The Area Of ​​Trees, Earthworks Should Be Carried Out Particularly Carefully, If Possible By Hand, Without Cutting Significant Roots. Any Collisions With Root Systems Should Be Reported To The Ordering Party.1.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Insurance For The Work Performed Throughout The Entire Implementation Period, Along With Civil Liability For Damage To Third Parties. The Amount Of Insurance Must Be Equal To At Least The Gross Contract Value Of The Subject Of The Order. On The Day Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of Documents Confirming That He Is Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of His Business And Against Construction Risks. 1.6 The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, As Well As In Accordance With The Best Knowledge And Experience Of The Contractor And With The Utmost Care. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of Work In Accordance With Construction Practice. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Works From The Date Of Commencement Until The Date Of Acceptance. *The Scope Of Work And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order
