1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower In Solec Nad Wisłą. The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works And Supplies Consisting In The Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower In A Closed Circuit With An Above-Ground Tank Equipped With A Pump. The Graduation Towers Structure Will Be Made Of Larch Or Pine Wood. The Graduation Tower Will Be Filled With Blackthorn Twigs, Along Which The Brine Will Flow. The Flowing Elements Will Be Made Of 8 Mm Thick Osb Boards Covered With Bituminous Felt. The Graduation Towers Roof Will Be Made Of 8 Mm Thick Osb Boards, Covered With Bituminous Shingles. Technical Data Of The Graduation Tower: Base Diameter 4.0 M Roof Diameter 4.2 M Height 4.0 M Lighting 6 X 8W Led Ip67 The Graduation Tower Will Be Located On The Plot With Registration Number 2900, Within The Geodetic Area Of Solec Nad Wisłą. Around The Graduation Tower, It Will Be Constructed A Path With A Mineral And Gravel Surface, Permeable To Water, Enabling The Free Growth Of Trees Located Nearby. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide And Install Regulations For The Use Of The Graduation Towers. Providing Electrical Power At The Location Of The Graduation Towers Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. The Construction Area Is Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Task That Is The Subject Of The Order Based On Applicable Regulations, Standards And Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Accordance With The Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland, In Particular: Construction Law, And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Accompanying Works And Temporary Works Not Covered By The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities And Necessary To Take Into Account: Organization And Security Of The Construction Site, Liquidation Of The Construction Site, Waste Disposal, Tidying Up The Area After Construction, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including Geodetic And As-Built Inventory, And Any Other Work, E.G. Resulting From The Recommendations Of The Conservator Of Monuments, Not Covered By The Swz, But Necessary To Be Performed Due To The Art Of Construction. The Detailed Quantitative And Material Scope Of The Works And The Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order And Its Annexes, Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires The Granting Of By The Contractor For Construction Works And Built-In Materials Covered By These Proceedings, A Minimum 24-Month Warranty.
