The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Building Of The School Complex At Ul. Łoteckiego 24 In Solec Nad Wisłą, Plot No. 3102, District 0018, Carried Out As Part Of The Task: The Second Stage Of Conservation Works On The Renovation Of The School Building In Solec Nad Wisłą. The Object In Question Was Entered Into The Register Of Monuments By The Decision Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Kielce Under No. 326/A Of June 15, 1967 And Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Radom No. 153/A/82 Of March 16, 1982. The Building Of The School Complex In Solec Nad Wisłą Is An Object Detached, Two-Story, Basement With An Unused Attic. The Main Entrance To The Building Is Located From Łoteckiego Street In The Central Part Of The Façade. The Building Has A Rectangular Shape With Avant-Corps In The Middle Of The Longer Facades. Extended In The North-East And South-West Directions. The Building Is Covered With A Multi-Slope Roof With A Purlin-And-Tip Truss Structure And A Sheet Metal Roof. The Building Was Constructed Using Traditional Brick Technology, Completely Plastered And Painted. Crown Cornice – Wooden, Covered With Plaster And Paint. The Buildings Facades Have A Simple Horizontal Division In A Classic Layout. Window And Door Joinery - Wooden. There Is A Drainage And Lighting Ditch On The Rear, North-West And Front Elevations. Description Of The Existing Condition: The Current Technical Condition Of The Building Requires A Number Of Renovation Works. The Plasters Are Cracked All Over The Façade And Have Become Loose In Many Places. The Façade Is Marred By Stains, Streaks And Discoloration, And The Entire Surface Is Covered With Atmospheric Coating. The Architectural Detail Was Damaged In Many Places, And Secondary Repainting Is Visible. The Sheet Metal Flashings Protecting Cornices And Window Sills Are Damaged, Rusted And Bent, Which Means They No Longer Fulfill Their Protective Function Properly. These Damages Contribute To Constant Dampness Of The Walls. Window Joinery In A Condition That Requires Replacement. The Inside Is Very Damp And Moldy. Scope Of The Task: - Renovation Of The Facade, Including Filling In Plaster Defects And Restoring Architectural Details While Maintaining The Original Form And Technology, As Well As Painting In Accordance With Conservation Guidelines (Numerous Damages In The Finishing And Decorative Layers: Window Architraves And Cornices Are Damaged Or Detached, And The Facade Surfaces Show Traces Of Intense Biological And Atmospheric Degradation), - Replacement Of Windows With New, Wooden Ones Made In The Style Of Historical Woodwork, In Addition A New Window Will Be Installed In Place Of The Former, Inactive Ventilation Installation That Disfigures The Façade, And The Window Openings Will Be Visually Unified. - External Doors, Dating From The Period Of The Buildings Construction, Will Be Cleaned, Protected And Painted, With The Simultaneous Replacement Of Worn-Out Door Handles And Signboards. - Th
