Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of The Historic Staircase In The Building Of The District Court In Krosno At Ul. Sienkiewicza 12

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex 1 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Conservation Works In The Vestibule - A Representative Vestibule With Stucco Decoration, Located In The Building Of The District Court In Krosno. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Attached Design Documentation. The Order Will Be Implemented Only To The Extent Described In The Attached Bills Of Quantities, I.E. It Will Include: • Conservation Of Smooth Plasters And Stucco Decorations, • Conservation Of Ceramics, • Replacement Of The Radiator, • Replacement Of The Floor In The Courtroom Above The Vestibule, • Tidying Up The Electrical Installation (Plastering). 3. Additional Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract: • The Contractor Should Ensure A Safe Passage During Conservation Works, I.E. Separate A Passage Through A Staircase At Least 1.5 M Wide. The Passage Should Be Separated In Such A Way That The Ongoing Conservation Works Do Not In Any Way Affect Employees And Patrons Passing Through The Vestibule Between 7.30 A.M. And 4.30 P.M. • Any Noisy Work Should Be Carried Out After The Courts Opening Hours. • The Contractor Is Obliged To At Least: 3 Days Before Acceptance, Provide The Ordering Party With As-Built Documentation Regarding The Course Of Conservation Works. 4. If The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Guarantee The Proper Implementation Of The Works And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Procurement Documents. 5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. Due To The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 6. All Criteria And Features Described In Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Set Minimum Standards That The Offered Product Or Service Must Meet.
