The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works And Other Activities Related To The Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads No. 114023G And 114021G On The Wrząca - Ścięgnica Section, Together With The Preparation Of Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory And Acceptance Documentation, Through: 1) Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads No. 114023G And 114021G Wrząca - Ścięgnica, Through The Construction Of A New Surface Hardened With Asphalt Concrete, 5.0 M Wide, 2) Construction Of Both Sides Of Roadsides Hardened With Crushed Aggregate, 0.75 M Wide Along The Above-Mentioned Roads, 3) Reconstruction Of Existing And Construction Of Newly Designed Exits To Plots Located Along The Above-Mentioned Roads With A Surface Paved With Concrete Cubes Or A Surface Paved With Crushed Aggregate, 4) Construction Of Drainage Along The Above-Mentioned Roads, Through: A) Construction Of A Section Of The Storm Sewerage Network, B) Installation Of Storm Inlets, C) Construction Of Retention Reservoirs, D) Construction Of Road Ditches, E) Construction Of Culverts, 5) Construction Of A Technological Channel Along The Above-Mentioned Roads,6) Cutting Down Trees That Conflict With The Reconstructed Roads,7) Planting New Small-Leaf Lime Trees (Note: The Ordering Party Changes The Species In Relation To The Documentation Constituting Annex No. Topsoiling Them And Sowing The Layer With Grass,12) Conducting Preliminary Archaeological Research In The Area Of The Archaeological Site Azp 11-27/2 And Azp 11-27/3 And Archaeological Supervision In The Area Of The Archaeological Site Azp 11-27/90,13) Implementing Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction Works,14) Implementing Permanent Traffic Organization By: A) Installing Vertical Markings, B) Installing Protective Barriers, C) Implementing Horizontal Markings Thick Layer, And15) Preparation And Acceptance Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory Into The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resources,16) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation,17) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Completion Of The Works.2. The Ordering Party Indicates The Following Requirements And Parameters Regarding The Planted Plants: 1) The Nursery Material Must Be Pure In Variety, Produced In Accordance With The Principles Of Nursery Agrotechnics, 2) The Plants Should Be Woody, Hardened And Properly Formed, Maintaining The Shape, Height, Width And Length Of The Shoots Characteristic Of The Species And Variety, As Well As Evenly Branched, 3) The Plant Material Must Be Healthy, Free From Diseases And Pathogens, Without Traces Of Pest Feeding, Mechanical Damage Or Symptoms Resulting From Inappropriate Fertilization And Agrotechnics And Without Rootstock Regrowth Below The Vaccination Site, 4) The Root System Should Be Well-Developed, Undamaged, Appropriate For The Given Species, Variety And Age Of The Plant, There Should Be Numerous Fine Roots On The Skeletal Roots, The Root Ball In Containers Must Be Significantly Overgrown And Ca
