The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Car With 9 Seats (Including The Drivers Seat) Adapted To Transport Disabled People For The Social Welfare Home In Warzyna As Part Of A Project Co-Financed By The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons Under The Programme For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii.2.The Vehicle Must Be Adapted To Transport Disabled People - With 9 Seats Including The Driver (8 + Driver), Including Space For Mounting One Wheelchair, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And Have The Required Approvals And Documents Allowing It To Be Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.3.The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Claims Of Third Parties, With Complete Car Documentation Necessary For Registration And Operation, In Accordance With The Regulations In Force In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, On The Basis Of Admission To Traffic.4.The Offered Vehicle Must Be Brand New, Unused, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2026. Brand New Means A Vehicle: - Unused, Without Prior Registration, - With A Mileage Not Exceeding 100 Km (Permissible Only Due To Activities Related To The Production, Transport Or Preparation Of The Vehicle For Release), - Without Any Damage Or Traces Of Use, - Covered By A Full Manufacturers Warranty.5.The Contractor Ensures That The Vehicle Is Brand New And Has The Necessary Certificates And Safety Approvals Allowing It To Be Placed On The Market.6.The Permissible Gross Weight Of The Vehicle Must Enable It To Be Driven By A Person Holding A Category B.7 Driving License.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Offer Form, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.8.The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party: Social Welfare Home In Warzyn, Warzyn 1, 88-140 Gniewkowo.9.The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage To The Subject Of The Order Occurring During Transport To The Place Of Delivery.10.The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party By Phone At Least 2 Business Days In Advance About The Planned Delivery Date Of The Subject Of The Order On Business Days (Monday To Friday, Except Public Holidays) From 7:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. On November 11.The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Delivered By The Contractor Will Be Based On The Acceptance Protocol. The Acceptance Protocol Will Be Prepared After Checking The Delivered Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Partys Employees.12.If The Delivery Is Found To Be Incompatible With The Swz And/Or The Contractors Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace The Defective Item Of The Order With A Defect-Free One, And In The Case Of Quantitative Deficiencies - To Deliver The Difference Resulting From The Swz And The Contractors Offer And The Actual Delivery Within The Deadline Set By The Ordering Party.13.The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Extend Liabilit
