Piotrowo 5 In Poznań, Located On Part Of Plot No. 3/2, Sheet 18, Śródka Precinct (4), 2.The Documentation Should Be Prepared On The Basis Of Building Permit No. 579/2026 Of August 13, 2026 And On The Basis Of The Land Development, Architecture And Structure Designs Submitted By The Ordering Party, As Well As Other Available Studies, Taking Into Account The Connections Of The Hiding Places With The Existing Building And The Designed Main Hall.3.Execution Of The Detailed Design For The Following Industries: Architectural Industrythe Scope Includes The Development Of Detailed Solutions For Hiding Rooms, Sanitary, Storage And Service Facilities, Vestibules, Communications, Exits And Escape Tunnels, Including: • Dimensioned Projections, Cross-Sections And Construction Details; • Solutions For Partitions, Floors, Insulation And Expansion Joints; • Combinations Of Doors, Closures, Finishing And Equipment Covered By The Architectural Scope; • Solutions Ensuring Accessibility And Safe Use And Evacuation;• Details Of Connections With Existing And Designed Parts Of The Building;• Coordination Of Openings, Culverts And Technical Spaces With Installation Designs. Construction Industrythe Scope Includes The Development Of Detailed Solutions For Concealment Structures And Related Escape Routes, Including: • Calculations Supplementing And Verifying Implementation Solutions, Taking Into Account Protective Loads, Including Rubble; • Formwork And Reinforcement Drawings Of Foundation Slabs, Walls, Columns, Ceilings, Tunnels And Other Elements Covered By The Order;• Lists Of Reinforcing Steel And Details Of Anchors, Connections, Working Joints And Expansion Joints;• Solutions For Foundation And Cooperation Of The Structure With The Reinforced Base;• Solutions For Openings, Culverts, Local Reinforcements And Embedding Of Equipment Elements;• Rules For The Sequence Of Implementation And Necessary Safeguards For The Existing Structure Within The Scope Of The Works Covered By The Documentation.Coordination And Completenessthe Documentation Of Both Industries Must Be Mutually Coordinated And Consistent With The Installation Solutions Provided By The Ordering Party.
