The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Two (2) Pieces Of Portable 800Ge Transport Network Testers/Analyzers Intended For Testing, Commissioning And Diagnostics Of Links In The Backbone, Aggregation And Dci (Data Center Interconnect) Networks Of The Telecommunications Operator:2.The Delivered Devices Must: 1) Be New, Unused, Come From The Same Manufacturer, 2) Have An Identical Hardware Version And Firmware, 3) Enable Measurements Between Two Devices In Remote Mode, 4) All Functions Required In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Except For Those Marked As Optional, Must Be Covered By The Licenses Delivered With The Device And Active On The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Need To Purchase Additional Licenses To Meet The Requirements Of Opz.3.Scope Of Delivery: As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide: 1) 2 Testers Meeting The Requirements Of This Opz, Along With Power Supplies, Batteries And Transport Bags 2) Cables And Adapters Necessary For The Operation Of The Device 3) Technical Documentation And User Manuals 4) Calibration Certificates For The Delivered Devices 4.Commercial And Warranty Conditions: 1) Software Updates: A) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Receive Free Software Updates For A Period Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol, B) All Functionalities Required By This Opz Must Be Commercially Available For The Offered Device Model No Later Than On The Day Of Submitting The Offer And Fully Functional On The Day Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Requirements To Be Met Through Functionalities Planned, Announced, Included In The Manufacturers Roadmap Or Requiring Future Software Updates.2) Warranty And Calibration: A) Warranty: A Minimum Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol, B) If The Manufacturers Technical Documentation Requires Calibration During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Provide Free Calibration Ending With A Calibration Report In Writing Or Electronic.3) Technical Training: A) The Contractor Will Conduct Technical Training In The Operation Of The Supplied Devices, B) Minimum Number Of Hours: 6 Man-Hours, Divided Into 2 Or More Blocks Of 2-3 Each, C) The Training May Take Place At The Ordering Partys Premises Or Remotely (Ms Teams / Zoom).4) Technical Support: A) Availability Of Service And Technical Support In Poland Or The European Union, B) Service Response Time: A Maximum Of 5 Business Days From Notification.5.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Important Provisions Of The Contract.
