The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Fuel Flow Meters And Gps Recording Devices In Work Machines Operated By Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Cleaning In The Capital City Of Warsaw Sp. Z O. O. The Contract Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Period Of 12 Months Concerns The Time For Deliveries And Assembly, And The Period Of 60 Months Concerns Service Support And Warranty. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Delivery And Installation Of A Fuel Flow Meter And A Gps Recording Device In 40 Pieces Of Working Machines; B) Calibration Of Fuel Flow Meters; C) Delivery Of Software For Fuel Consumption Control; D) Service And Warranty; E) Training To The Extent Provided By The Ordering Party. The Elements Should Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025. The Condition Of Production No Earlier Than 2025 Applies To All System Elements Except The Software. The Offered Fuel Flow Meter Solution Cannot Be A Prototype Solution, But An Existing One On The Market. The Device Is To Ensure The Accuracy Of Fuel Flow Measurement With An Error Of Up To 2% And The Transmission Of Location Data Using At Least 4G Lte Technology. Pursuant To Art. 16B Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Only Allows The Supply Of Goods Or Services Originating From Eu Member States, Countries Covered By The Gpa Agreement Or Other International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Scope Of Work, Delivery Deadline, Technical Requirements Of Hardware And Software, Warranty And Service Conditions, As Well As Requirements Regarding Documentation, Approval And The Possibility Of Carrying Out An On-Site Inspection, Is Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz).
