The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase Of A Car For Transporting Goods With A Brigade Box (Brigadier Truck Equipped With A Skipper) As Part Of The Task Entitled: Creating And Maintaining, In The Commune Area, Civil Protection Resources And Infrastructure Necessary To Carry Out Civil Protection And Civil Defense Tasks. The Task Is Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025/2026 Under Area 2 Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of A Car For The Transport Of Goods. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Complete Annex 1A Regarding The Offered Car Parameters. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: - Prepare For The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Will Take Place At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party At Least 4 Days Before The Planned Acceptance, Specifying The Date And Time Of Acceptance, - Handing Over To The Ordering Party, Among Others, Detailed Operating Instructions In Polish And A Warranty Book. - Granting A Warranty For The Car For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months. All Documents Provided To The Ordering Party By The Contractor Must Be In Polish Or Translated Into Polish.
