The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply And Purchase Of Electricity, Including The Sale Of Electricity For The Energy Consumption Point 590543560202167520 At Suków Papiernia 250B, 26-021 Daleszyce And The Purchase Of Energy Generated In A Renewable Energy Installation (Photovoltaic Panels), Which Is Expected To Be Launched By The End Of The Third Quarter Of 2027 On The Premises Of The Seed And Nursery Farm In Souks.2.The Subject Of The Order Has Established Quality Parameters, Which Are Specified In The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended). The Order For The Consumption Point At The Seed And Nursery Farm In Suków Is Not Divided Into Smaller Parts Due To The Subject Identity, Temporal Identity And The Possibility Of Execution Of The Order By One Contractor Because It Covers Only One Energy Consumption Point.
