The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Reception Desk And Its Installation In The Room Indicated By The Persons Designated To Perform The Contract. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By The Following Names And Codes Of The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 39156000-0 - Reception Furniture3.The Furniture Offered Must Be Brand New And Unused, Come From Current Production, And Have Appropriate Certificates And Approvals Allowing The Furniture To Be Sold And Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. 4. Place Of Delivery And Installation: 21-500 Biała Podlaska: Academic Rehabilitation Center (Acr) Ul. Marusarza 8A5.Delivery And Assembly Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor. 6. A Detailed Description And Method Of Carrying Out The Order, Together With A List Of Technical And Operational Parameters, Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Opz Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 7. The Ordering Party Indicates In Annex No. 5 To The Swz, In Particular, The Minimum Required Technical Parameters, Functional And Qualitative Features Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order With Parameters And Functionalities No Worse Than Those Required. 8. The Subject Of The Order Delivered By The Contractor Must Be Approved For Use In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Free From Physical And Legal Defects. 9. All Provisions Contained In The Swz Indicating The Type, Trademarks Or Origin Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Read Together With The Words Or Equivalent. Proper Names Are Examples And Do Not Indicate A Specific Product Or Manufacturer. When Offering An Item Equivalent To That Described In The Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Equivalence In Terms Of Operational, Functional And Quality Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party In The Specification As Equivalence Parameters. The Obligation To Prove That The Offered Solution Or Product Is Equivalent Rests With The Contractor. 10. Whenever The Ordering Party Refers To Any Standards, Approvals Or Certificates In The Content Of The Swz Or In Its Annexes, The Contractor May Use Standards, Approvals Or Certificates Equivalent To Them. 11. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor, Before Submitting The Offer, Inspect The Premises And Places Where The Delivery, Assembly And Installation Of The Subject Of The Order Is To Take Place. Failure To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection Does Not Constitute Grounds For Rejecting The Offer, However, The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Correct Calculation Of The Offer Price, Including All Costs Related To Transport, Delivery And Assembly.12. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects On The Delivered Furniture For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months*, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report.
