The Subject Of The Agreement Is To Ensure Comprehensive Protection Of Persons And Property In The Facilities Covered By The Agreement: Ensuring The Safety Of Persons Within The Boundaries Of The Protected Facilities, Protecting Facilities And Rooms Against Access By Unauthorized Persons, Protecting Property Against Theft, Destruction Or Damage, Preventing Attempts To Disturb Order, Immediately Notifying Law Enforcement Authorities Of Criminal Acts Occurring In The Protected Facilities And Securing The Place Where They Were Committed Until The Arrival Of Law Enforcement Authorities, Controlling Personal Traffic In The Protected Facilities, In Accordance With With The Guidelines Received From The Ordering Party, Keeping Security Documentation, In Particular A Service Log Containing Data On The Start And End Time Of The Shift, Staffing Of The Shift, As Well As Keeping An Ongoing Shift Report Containing All Relevant Information Regarding The Reception, Course And Transfer Of The Security Service.
