The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Brand New Equipment And Accessories Intended For The Implementation Of Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense (Olioc), Including In Particular Specialized Clothing, Firefighting Helmets, Breathing Apparatus, Composite Cylinders For Breathing Apparatus, Protective Tarpaulins, Steel And Concrete Saws, Industrial Air Dryers, Combustion Heaters, A Thermal Imaging Camera, A Set Of High-Altitude Rescue Equipment And Tents, Including A Pneumatic Tent With Equipment. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Technical, Functional, Operational, Qualitative And Quantitative Requirements, Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). Submitting The Offer Constitutes Confirmation Of The Contractors Acceptance Of The Obligation To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz And Opz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order That Is Brand New, Unused, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Unencumbered By The Rights Of Third Parties, Approved For Trading And Use In Accordance With Applicable Law, If Such Approval Is Required For A Given Type Of Equipment, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Meet All The Requirements Specified In The Swz, Opz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. A Detailed List Of Sizes Of 30 Sets Of 3-Piece Specialized Clothes Will Be Provided To The Contractor After Concluding The Contract, Before Delivery, Based On The Size Table Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Clothes, In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Opz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
