The Subject Of The Order Is The Winter Maintenance Of Municipal And Internal Roads, Sidewalks, Parking Lots, Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths, Bays And Bus Stops In The City And Commune Of Sztum In The 2026/2027 Season, According To Annexes No. 1, 2 And 3 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E.: 1) Maintenance Of The Entrusted Area For Winter Maintenance In Accordance With Order No. 43 Of The General Director Of National Roads And Motorways Of October 31, 2023, In Standard Iv, I.E. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract Conscientiously And With Due Diligence, Without Undue Delay, In Accordance With The Applicable Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge In This Area (Homogeneous Mixture Of Sand And Salt With The Weight Composition: 70% Sand + 30% Salt) To Combat Slipperiness On Municipal Roads In The Amount Necessary To Perform The Task And To Combat Slipperiness On Sidewalks And Accesses To Pedestrian Crossings.8. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works Depending On The Occurrence Of Unfavorable Weather Phenomena, So That The Appropriate Standard Of Road Maintenance Is Maintained At Each Request Of The Employer.9 The Following Conditions:• Telephone And Internet Availability,• Maintaining Documentation Of Equipment Operation,• Submitting Reports To The Ordering Party At The Frequency Requested By The Ordering Party Via Telephone Or Electronically, 10. All Notifications And Correspondence Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Must Be Delivered In Writing To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor To The Address Indicated In The Contract. 12 Tasks (In Advance) The Order Of Execution Of Tasks On Individual Roads.13. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cancel Or Reduce The Scope Of Work To Be Performed If It Considers That Their Performance Is Unnecessary.14.
