Tenders are invited for Specialized Educational Service Provider for Curriculum Development, Instructional Materials Development and Training of Trainers (ToT). Service Location: West Bank Jabal An-Nar Club is implementing the English Access Program targeting approximately 200 adolescents aged 1415 across four community-based learning sites in Nablus and Tubas. The program combines English-language learning with interactive, student-centered, and community-based educational approaches. It aims to strengthen participants English communication skills while developing critical thinking, teamwork, leadership, creativity, presentation skills, constructive dialogue, problem-solving, and positive community engagement. The instructional program is designed to provide 100 instructional hours per student. The learning process will integrate English communication skills with interactive and student-centered learning approaches, leadership, teamwork, presentation skills, practical learning activities, and guided community initiative development. The program will apply Access-style communicative learning approaches, TESOL methodology, and Communicative Language Teaching (CLT). Learning activities will include interactive classroom activities, role plays, group discussions, peer learning, presentations, structured dialogue and debate, teamwork, community initiatives, and sports and team-based learning activities. As part of the preparatory phase, Jabal An-Nar Club intends to contract a qualified Specialized Educational Service Provider to develop the curriculum and instructional materials and deliver a comprehensive Training of Trainers (ToT) program for teachers, assistant teachers, facilitators, and relevant instructional and program staff supporting program implementation.The purpose of this assignment is to engage a qualified educational institution, training organization, consulting firm, or specialized educational service provider to review, select, adapt, organize, and supplement existing Access educational resources and develop a coherent, program-specific instructional package, while preparing and providing limited follow-up coaching to the instructional team across four sites. The assignment will primarily build on existing Access educational resources, while allowing for the development of additional lessons, activities, and instructional materials where needed to complete the learning package. The development of entirely new content is expected to represent a limited portion of the assignment. The selected Service Provider will be responsible for: Reviewing, selecting, adapting, and supplementing existing Access resources to prepare a complete, coherent 100-hour curriculum and Student Materials; Preparing an aligned Facilitator and Teacher Guide drawing substantially on the Access Teacher Community of Practice (CoP), including existing lesson plans and teaching resources; Developing a Pillar-Alignment Matrix showing how each session and activity integrates the four Access pillars; Designing and delivering approximately 5060 hours of preparatory Training of Trainers (ToT); Finalizing materials after review, providing a simple pre-enrollment English placement tool, and delivering limited instructional coaching and a brief report during implementation.
