The Tender Concerns The Conclusion Of A Contract For Client Consultancy For The Client In Connection With The Ongoing Nitrate Purification Project. The Contract Includes The Clients Advisors Assistance For The Clients Overall Organisation, Management And Coordination. The Consultant Must, Among Other Things, Assist The Client With Determining The Organizational, Technical And Tendering Basis Of The Project. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Public Tender In Accordance With Art. 45. A Public Contract Is Offered That Can Be Used By Aalborg Vand A/S. The Contract Is Concluded With Aalborg Vand A/S, As Contract Holder. Contract Management And Administration Of The Contract Is Handled By The Client. With Reference To The Utility Directive Art. 65, The Client Has Chosen Not To Divide The Contract Into Separate Sub-Agreements, As The Contract Relates To An Overall And Interconnected Consultancy Task, Where The Individual Services Are Closely Linked And Requires Ongoing Coordination And Overall Responsibility For The Consultancy.
