The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out, Hand Over And Complete The Sports Purpose Building On Technikumo Street Within The Terms Of Performance Of The Works And The Completion Of The Construction Established In The Contract, In Accordance With The Schedule Of Execution Of The Works, Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract. 3 In Kaunas, Construction Works In Accordance With The Prepared Technical Project (Sports Purpose Building, Technikumo Str. 3 Kaunas, Construction Project) And To Provide The Necessary Engineering Services For The Preparation Of The Work Project (Including Bim Preparation And Coordination Services) And The Execution Of The Works, As Stipulated In The Contract, And To Correct The Defects Identified After The Deadline For The Completion Of The Works, And The Customer Undertakes To Provide The Contractor With The Necessary Conditions For The Execution Of The Works, To Accept The Result Of The Properly Paid Works In Accordance With The Procedure Provided For In The Contract, And To Carry Out To The Contractor, The Contract Price Under The Conditions And Procedure Stipulated In The Contract.
