The Aim Of This Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Party For Reliable Measurements Of The Contact Wire Thickness (Thin Spots) At Low Speed, To Meet This Need. The Agreement Has A Fixed Term Of 5 Years With An Option To Extend 3 Times For 1 Year. This Brings The Maximum Term To 8 Years.
