Public Relations Consultancy Services – Framework Agreement Communications Agency. The Client Uses A Negotiated Procedure With A Competition To Tender A Framework Agreement With A Framework Contract Partner To Support Its Communications Work Through A Communications Agency. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular Editorial Work, Public Affairs/Public Relations And Media Work, Location Communication Including Citizen Hotlines And Visitor Groups, Images And Moving Images, Events, Conception And Support In Setting Up And Operating An Information Center/Showroom. The Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Two Years And Begins When The Contract Is Awarded. The Det Can Extend The Framework Agreement Twice For One Year Each, Each Time Unilaterally In Text Form And At The Latest One Month Before The End Of The Respective Term. There Is No Entitlement To An Extension. In Any Case, The Framework Agreement Ends When The Maximum Amount Of 8,000 Hours Has Been Exhausted.
