Request for Information for Mangrove Hydrological Restoration Project Bidding Opens on: 21 October 2026 Due on: 30 October 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assess the capabilities, relevant experience, and technical expertise of qualified organisations in undertaking mangrove hydrological restoration within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The RFI seeks to obtain market insights on suitable methodologies and approaches for feasibility assessment, hydrodynamic modelling, ecological baseline assessment, restoration design and implementation, and post-restoration monitoring over an envisaged two-year programme. The information gathered will support EAD in identifying capable service providers, evaluating available technical solutions and delivery models, and developing the scope of work, programme requirements, and budgetary estimates for a potential future procurement. This RFI is issued for market research and planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment by EAD to proceed with a procurement or enter into any contractual arrangement. Respondents are requested to provide information in accordance with the attached RFI document, including their organisational capability, relevant project experience, proposed technical and methodological approaches, implementation considerations, and indicative financial estimates where available. This RFI is issued solely for information-gathering and market-research purposes. It does not constitute an invitation to tender, request for proposal, prequalification exercise, commitment to procure, or an offer or commitment by EAD to enter into any contractual arrangement. Information received may be used by EAD to assess market capabilities and inform the development and/or planning of any future procurement process.
