Tenders are invited for Retubing of Heat Exchanger 39-E003 & 39-E004 on Call off Basis. TENDER ISSUE PERIOD 19/10/2026 to 31/10/2026 TENDER CLOSING DATE 03/11/2026 Scope of Work: CONTRACTOR shall perform the retubing of the exchangers at WORKSITE as per approved ITP and Method Statements.
