The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Electricity From A Supplier Of Last Resort To The Sites Of The Employer. Dpi Assumes Responsibility For Balancing For The Period In Which It Supplies Electricity To The Customer, In Its Capacity As Dpi. The Contracting Authority Shall Pay To The Dpi Through A General Invoice (Invoices) The Value Of The Electric Energy, Recorded By Means Of The Means Of Commercial Measurement (Electric Meters) Installed In The Objects (Buildings) Of The Contracting Authority, And According To The Price Of Electrical Energy, Determined According To The Methodology Issued By The Kevr And The Amounts Due For Network Services (Access And Transmission Through The Transmission And Distribution Network), As Well As The Supplements Approved By A Decision Of The Kevr (If Any) In Accordance With The Current Regulatory Framework. On The Basis Of The Attached Report On The Actual Amount Of Electrical Energy Consumed For A Period Of 12 Months, It Is Clear That 596,578 Mwh ~600 Mwh Of Electrical Energy Are Needed For The Sites Of Odmvr-Shumen.When Performing Calculations, The Estimated Amount Of Net Active Electricity To Be Supplied For The Entire Contract Period (60 Months (5 Years) Term) Amounts To ~ 3000 Mw.Place Of Performance: Facilities Of The Contracting Authority On The Territory Of The Shumen Region For The Supply Of Electricity, Connected To The Lv Network (According To The Attached List). Odmvr Shumen Has A Contract For The Supply Of Electric Energy On The Free Market, Which Is Why The Current Public Order For The Supply Of Electric Energy From The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications Will Cover The Needs Of The Contracting Authority Only For The Periods Of Absence Of Another Supplier, According To Art. 15, Para. 4 Of The Electricity Trading Rules.
