The Corporation Of Village Of Mcbride Invites Tenders For The Building Expansion For The Drinking Water Filtration Upgrade To Address Elevated Turbidity Levels During Large Storm Events And Spring Freshet. The Project Includes The Removal Of One Wall Of The Existing Water Treatment Plant And The Construction Of A New 6.26M X 12.80M Building Expansion. The New Foundation Will Be Tied Into The Existing Reservoir Wall And Slab Per The Structural Drawings. The Project Is Located At 2870 Lucille Mountain Forest Service Road, Mcbride, Bc. The Major Work Components Of The Work Include:Mobilizationdemobilizationfoundation – Excavation And Supply And Installation Of The Foundation Works Per The Structural Drawingsarchitectural/Structural Works - Supply And Installation Of The Architectural And Structural Works Per The Structural Drawingsmechanical Heating And Ventilation – Supply And Installation Of Mechanical Heating And Ventilation Equipment Sized By The Contractor.Heating And Hoarding Daily Allowance – A Daily Allowance For Heating And Hoarding Foundation And Other Necessary Building Components.
