The Contracting Authority Intends To Contract 3 Contractors Per Lot On The Basis Of A Raw Framework Agreement. Further Assignments Are Assigned Per Plot. Plot 1: Tree Renovation Amstelveen & Aalsmeer; Plot 2: Tree Maintenance Amstelveen & Aalsmeer; Lot 3: Tree Safety Check Amstelveen & Aalsmeer. The Assignment Concerns:  A Multi-Year Raw Framework Agreement For Plot 1: Tree Renovation Amstelveen & Aalsmeer;  A Multi-Year Raw Framework Agreement For Lot 2: Tree Maintenance Amstelveen & Aalsmeer;  A Multi-Year Raw Framework Agreement For Lot 3: Tree Safety Check Amstelveen & Aalsmeer. The Total Estimated Amount Of The Tendered Contract Is €8,620,000 Excluding Vat. This Amount Is Based On The Expected Decrease During The Initial Term And The Extension Options, With A Maximum Contract Duration Of Four (4) Years. The Expected Distribution Is:  Lot 1: € 4,550,000 Excluding Vat;  Lot 2: € 3,550,000 Excluding Vat;  Lot 3: €520,000 Excluding Vat. This Distribution Is Indicative Only. The Amounts Per Framework Agreement Do Not Include A Turnover Or Purchase Guarantee. The Actual Distribution May Change During The Term, Depending On The Nature And Scope Of The Work. As Soon As The Combined Maximum Value Of € 8,620,000 Excluding Vat Has Been Reached, The Agreements Terminate By Operation Of Law And No Further Orders Will Be Issued, Even If The Maximum Term Has Not Yet Expired.
