The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract The Necessary Services To Ensure The Operational Continuity, Support, Maintenance, Technological Administration, Controlled Evolution And Technical Sustainability Of The Maritime Single Window, Hereinafter Vumar, State And Interoperable Electronic Platform Administered By The Subsecretariat Of Transport Subtrans Of The Ministry Of Transport And Telecommunications Mtt.The Contract Includes Permanent Services Aimed At Maintaining The Availability, Stability, Security, Traceability, Interoperability And Correct Functioning Of Vumar During The Contractual Period. It Includes User Support, Incident Management, Corrective And Preventive Maintenance, Infrastructure Administration, Monitoring, Deployment Management, Technical And Operational Documentation, Knowledge Management And Other Activities Necessary For Service Continuity.Likewise, To Sustain The Technological Evolution Of The Platform, The Contracting Considers Professional Services On Demand, Previously Requested And Approved By The Undersecretariat, Aimed At Making Functional Or Technical Improvements, Integrations, Specialized Adjustments, Automations, Data Exploitation And Other Activities Required For The Controlled Evolution Of The Platform, In Accordance With The Conditions, Deliverables And Acceptance Criteria Established In These Bases.The Purpose Of The Contract Is For Vumar To Maintain Effective Technological Support For The Maritime-Port Processes Associated With The Life Cycle Of The Ship, Safeguarding The Continuity Of Services, Coordination Between Public Organizations, The Availability Of Information For Public And Private Users, And The Technical Sustainability Of The Platform.
