The requirement is for outsourced administrative support services. The anticipated contract term is three (3) years, with two optional twelve (12)-month extensions. All requests and questions regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the designated Corporate Procurement Category Manager: Stefan Kotupov at [email protected] Firms must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the RFP, including: - Maintain a functional office in Ghana. - Have successfully and continuously provided outsourced labor services to commercial/business facilities in Ghana over the last five (5) years, preferably for international, diplomatic or similar organizations. - Submit audited financial statements or equivalent for fiscal years 2023, 2024 and 2025, demonstrate minimum annual revenue above GHS 4,000,000, and have operated in a positive position for at least two of the past three years. - Hold all licenses, permits and related documentation required to provide the services in Ghana. - Comply with applicable requirements concerning employee salaries, benefits and welfare under local laws and regulations. - Procure and maintain the insurance coverage specified in the RFP. - Accept the requirements of WBG Contract Terms and Conditions as-is.
