Tenders are invited for Construction and completion of Installation of new Transmission Pipeline for DMZ 1, 2 & 3 along with Distribution Networks for DMZ 1 & 2, and rehabilitation of existing Godenail Water Treatment Plant (WTP) & Production Tube wells (PTWs) with O&M. Installation of new Transmission Pipeline for DMZ 1, 2 & 3 along with Distribution Networks for DMZ 1 & 2, and rehabilitation Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding: · Soundness of the Bidders financial position through audited annual financial statements for the last 3 years (2022, 2023, 2024). As a minimum, the Bidders net worth for the last year, calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities, should be positive. · Minimum average annual construction turnover of US$40 million calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last 3 years (2022, 2023, 2024). · Financial resources requirement must meet or exceed US$5.0 million. Current contract commitments and latest information on financial resources supported by latest audited accounts or audited financial statements, or other financial statements acceptable to the Employer where permitted by law, will be assessed. · Participation in at least one contract successfully or substantially completed within the last 5 years, similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidders participation exceeds US$40 million. Similarity shall be based on design, laying, testing and commissioning of Water Distribution Network of at least 5 DMAs, and/or construction/rehabilitation of WTP of at least 40 MLD. · Construction experience in key activities as specified in 1.4.2 of Section 3: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria, including: - Design, laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of at least one water supply system/pipelines comprising HDPE/any materials pipeline preferably 100-400 mm dia network including appurtenant works, horizontal directional drilling, road cutting/restoration works for at least 100 km in the last 5 years, in a single contract. - Establishing at least 2 DMAs having provision of at least 3,500 water supply house service connections in the last 5 years, in a single contract. Establishing at least 2 DMAs by constructing 100 km of distribution pipelines of various diameters having 100-400 mm dia with operation and maintenance (O&M) of DMA (Water Balance) in the last 5 years, in a single contract. - Rehabilitation/construction of at least 5 OHT and drilling and development of at least five deep tube wells of 200 mm dia and 200 m depth over the last 5 years under two contracts. - Construction/rehabilitation (upgradation of WTP in terms of capacity and output quality) of WTP of at least 40 MLD using MBBR or similar technology under single contract. - Operation and maintenance of one WTP of at least 40 MLD for a minimum period of 1 year over the last 5 years, under a single contract. · Specific experience in managing environmental, health and safety aspects as specified in 1.4.3 of Section 3: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria. 5.
