Beverly Place Is A 73-Unit, 3-Story Lodge Located At 4410-117 Avenue Edmonton, Ab. The Facility Was Constructed In 1984 And Is Owned By The Alberta Social Housing Corporation (Ashc) And Managed By Gef Seniors Housing. The Existing Roof Top Exhaust Fans, Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Fan And Dampers Require Replacement Due To Age And Condition. The Existing Dampers Are Not Insulated, Which Results In Ice Build-Up, Which Are Problematic In Winter Months. The Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Fan Is No Longer Serviceable Due To Age And Lack Of Available Parts. Gef Seniors Housing, Working On Behalf Of Ashc, Is Soliciting For An All-Inclusive Price From An Hvac Contractor To Complete This Project.The Intention Of This Bid Is To Provide A Turn-Key Installation Including Any Ancillary Work Required For New Roof Top Exhaust Fans Upgrade, New Insulated Dampers And Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Fan. All New Equipment Must Be Integrated With The Existing Ducting, Make Up Air System, Electrical, Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Equipment, And Without Disruption To Heat And Exhaust For The Lodge.
