Service Contract For Advice, Technical Assistance And Equipment Rental For The Sound System And Lighting For The Various Events Held By Agramunt Town Hall.1.1.-The Purpose Of This Contract Is Advice, Technical Assistance And The Supply Of Rental And Installation Of Various Elements Of Sound And/Or Lighting For The Different Cultural, Festive, Social And Civic Events Organized By The Agramunt City Council, And In General Also For The Events Organized By Entities And Associations Of The Municipality That Co-Organize With The City Council. 1.2- With The Proposed Contract, The City Council Wishes To Comply With The Provisions Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts, Which Transposed Into The Spanish Legal System Directives Of The European Parliament And Of The Council 2014/23/Eu And 2014/24/Eu, Of February 26, 2014, With The Aim That The Service It Is Provided With The Greatest Effectiveness And Efficiency. The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision By A Specialized Company Of The Technical Assistance Service (Lighting, Audiovisuals, Machinery, And Loading And Unloading) For The City Council. It Includes Both The Tasks That Take Place In The Facilities Of Its Equipment And Those That Take Place Due To The Most Important Events That The City Council Celebrates, Such As The Major Festival, New Years Eve And Carnival, As Well As Those That, Within The Official Program Of The City Council, Take Place In Other Spaces, Indoors And/Or Outdoors, That Are Considered Appropriate For Reasons Of Technical Needs.
