The Contracting Authority Announces The Present Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract On The Basis Of Article 18, Paragraph 1, Item 1 And Paragraph 2, In Connection With Article 74 Of The Law On Public Procurement. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply, Installation And Balance Of New Tires And Rims For Cars And Light Trucks Owned By Tp Dgs Chirpan For A Period Of 24 Months, As Well As Installation, Disassembly, Gluing, Balance, Straightening Of Rims, Rust Cleaning, Vulcanization And Other Similar Services Of The Contracting Partys Used Car Tires. The Provisions Of The Law Apply To The Conditions Not Regulated In The Participation Documentation For The Conduct Of The Procedure On Public Procurement And The Rules For Its Implementation, As Well As The Applicable National And International Normative Acts.
