The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Warranty Support Of Computing Servers For The Needs Of The Institute For Scientific Research In The Field Of Computer Sciences (Insait) At Su St. Kliment Ohridski, Incl. Delivery Of An Estimated Quantity Of Up To 16 Computing Servers And Up To 2 Pcs. Server Cabinet. The Assignment Of Delivery/S Is Carried Out In Sets, And For The Purposes Of This Public Procurement, It Is Assumed That One Set Consists Of 8 Pcs. Servers And 1 Pc. Server Cabinet. Requests Are Made In View Of The Needs Of The Contracting Party And He Is Not Obliged To Declare The Specified Estimated Quantities In Full, Nor Is He Obliged To Declare A Certain Minimum Of The Estimated Quantity. The Public Procurement Is Opened Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code, With A Clause For Deferred Execution. The Implementation Of Each Stage Begins After Securing Funding For It, For Which The Contracting Authority Notifies The Contractor In Writing With The Request For The Relevant Stage, Indicating The Source Of Funding. When Funding Is Provided For Both Stages, The Contractor May Apply For Them With One Request. The Request For The Second Stage Can Be Submitted Until 31.12.2028. A Stage Applied For In This Period Is Implemented Even After Its Expiration, Until Its Complete Completion.​​​​The Deadline For The Technique At Each Stage Is Up To Sixty (60) Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Each Individual Request And According To The Specific Proposal Of The Participant Selected As The Contractor.The Participant Should Offer To Provide A Warranty Period For The Delivered Equipment, Which Is Not Shorter Than 60 (Sixty) Months.
