The Subject Of This Order Is Delivery Of Office Materials And Office Supplies For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Nessebar And The Secondary Managers For Specific Positions:Separate Position No. 1: Delivery Of Stationery And Office Supplies;Separate Position No. 2: Supply Of Office Materials And Office Consumables Falling Under The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop, By Conducting An Open Procedure In Accordance With Art. 18., Para. 1, Item 1, On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 1, Item 1, Letter B Of The Civil Code.The Quantity And Types Of Office Materials Are Delivered To Individual Requests, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Municipality Of Nessebar And The Secondary Orderers, Until The Expiration Of Three Years, Counted From The Date Of Awarding The Order.Participants Should Submit Samples.The Subject Of Separate Item No. 2 Is Included In The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act And On The Basis Of Art. 12 Of The Civil Code, In Conjunction With Art. 80 Of The Ppzop, A Separate Position No. 2 Is Reserved For Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities Within The Meaning Of § 2, Item 46 Of The Dr Of The Zop, Or For Business Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social Or Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position Within The Meaning Of § 2, Item 62 Of The Dr Of The Zop.According To The Requirements Of Art. 12, Para. 5 And 6 Of The Zop, In The Public Procurement, For Specific Position #2, Persons Registered As Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Disabled People, As Well As Business Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Disabled Or Disadvantaged People, At Least Three Years Before The Date Of Opening Of This Procedure, Can Participate. The Same Should Meet The Condition That At Least 30 Percent Of Their Roster Consists Of People With Disabilities Or Those In A Disadvantaged Position. Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Disabled People Can Participate In The Public Procurement, Provided That They Can Fulfill At Least 80 Percent Of Its Subject With Their Own Machinery, Equipment And Human Resources. To Fulfill The Condition, They May Use Subcontractors Or Refer To The Capacity Of Third Parties, If The Subcontractors Or Third Parties Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities.In The Current Procedure, Other Interested Parties May Also Participate For Specific Position No. 2, But Their Offers Will Be Considered Only If There Are No Admitted Offers From Persons For Whom The Order Has Been Reserved.
