The Estimated Value Of The Order Includes All Costs Related To The Quality And Timely Execution Of The Specific Order (Delivery Costs And All Other Taxes And Fees Are Included). Each Of The Contracts Is Subject To Taxation And Fees, Incl. Vat, According To The Legislation Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. There Are No Separate Items. The Present Procedure Is Divided Into Nomenclatures With Sub-Nomenclature Units (Lines). Participants Can Submit An Offer For One Or More Nomenclature With Sub-Nomenclature Units (Rows). The Condition For Completeness Of The Offer For Each Nomenclature Is Mandatory !!!Nomenclature And Corresponding And Sub-Nomenclature Lines/Units/ Are Offered.
