The Subject Of The Award Of This Order Is: Determination Of An Operator For The Provision Of Food Vouchers On Paper Under Ordinance No. 11 Of 21.12.2005 For The Eligible Employees Of Mbal - Haskovo Jsc.This Procedure Is Organized And Carried Out By The Contracting Authority With A View To Fulfilling Its Obligations To The Staff Of The Hospital To Provide Free Food And/Or Supplements To It, According To Ordinance No. 11 Of 21.12.2005 On Determining The Terms And Conditions For Providing Free Food And/Or Supplements To It, Issued By The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy And The Minister Of Health. The Purpose Of The Procedure Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Is A Food Voucher Operator, Who Has Received A Permit And Carries Out Activities In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Of Ordinance No. 7 Of 07/09/2003 On The Terms And Conditions For Issuing And Revoking A Permit To Carry Out Activities As An Operator Of Food Vouchers On Paper And Electronic Media, For Issuing Food Vouchers On Electronic Media, The Characteristics Of Issued Food Vouchers On Electronic Media And Carrying Out Activities Such As Operator.The Food Voucher Operator Should Provide Food Vouchers As Per Monthly/Periodic Requests Of The Employer.
