The Public Contract Has The Subject: Preparation Of An Investment Project For The Reconstruction And Overhaul Of The Site Administrative Building For The Needs Of The District Court - Nessebar And Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities, According To The Technical Specification:Activity I: Preparation Of An Investment Project;Activity Ii: Implementation Of The Smr For The Realization Of The Construction Of The Object;Activity Iii: Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Cmp Of The Site.The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of The Smp For Upgrading The Existing Court Building And Providing An Additional Expanded Built-Up Area In It, As Well As Adding An Elevator To The Main Building, In Order To Ensure An Accessible Architectural Environment In It.After A Technical And Energy Survey Of The Main Building, A Technical Passport And An Energy Certificate Were Prepared And Registered. They Prescribe Mandatory And Recommended Measures, With The Implementation Of Which, The Property Provided For The Needs Of The Regional Court - Nessebar, Will Be Brought Into Line With The Essential Requirements Of The Constructions, According To Article 169 Of The Law On Territorial Planning.
