The Subject Of The Order Includes Carrying Out An Up-To-Date Constructive Survey In Accordance With Art. 176C Of The Zut To Establish The Technical Characteristics Related To Meeting The Requirements Under Art. 169, Para. 1 And Para. 3 Of The Law On The Zoning Of The Monuments Territory /Zut/.The Structural Survey Should Provide The Necessary Initial Information On The Actual State Of The Structure, Identify The Available Defects, Damages And Adverse Processes Related To The Technical Condition Of The Object, As Well As Give Conclusions, Recommendations And Guidelines For Subsequent Design And Implementation, If Such Are Necessary.
