The Assignment Concerns The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Supply Of Fully Electric Vehicles On The Basis Of Full Operational Lease, Including Associated Services, For The Rivierenland Environment Agency (Odr). The Initial Purchase Consists Of Ten (10) Vehicles, Of Which Eight (8) Regular Electric Pool Cars And Two (2) Electric All-Terrain Vehicles With Four-Wheel Drive (4X4/Awd). During The Term It Is Possible To Purchase A Maximum Of Five (5) Additional Vehicles, Making The Maximum Size Fifteen (15) Vehicles. The Services Include Maintenance, Repairs, Tire Service, Statutory Inspections, Breakdown Assistance, Damage Handling, Suitable Replacement Transport And Support With Fleet Management, Including Digital Signaling And Management Information. The Framework Agreement Has A Fixed Term Of Four (4) Years, With Individual Lease Agreements Being Concluded For A Period. The Assignment Concerns A Framework Agreement For Full Operational Lease Of Fully Electric Vehicles, Including Associated Services. The Initial Purchase Is Ten (10) Vehicles, Consisting Of Eight (8) Regular Electric Pool Cars And Two (2) Electric All-Terrain Vehicles (4X4/Awd). During The Term, A Maximum Of Four (4) Additional Regular Pool Cars And One (1) Additional All-Terrain Vehicle Can Be Called Up. The Maximum Size Is Fifteen (15) Vehicles. The Framework Agreement Has A Fixed Term Of Four (4) Years And The Individual Lease Agreements Have A Term Of Sixty (60) Months.
